for Quotation for comprehensive investment grade Energy Audit of all eight
(8) Sites and managed the successful Energy Auditor. Assisted in decision
on utilization of an existing 2 MW Cogeneration System. Involved in sub-metering
projects and resolution of water meter challenges.

Preparation of Strategic Energy Plan for Comissioners Road (Victoria Hospital)
Site. Also performed detailed engineering analysis of Powerplant system,
including comparing performance of existing boiler feedwater system to
future needs. Also, compared achievable peak output of five existing boilers
to future needs.Prepared Issued for Construction drawings (2,700 ft of
District Energy/Steam Piping, complete with 10 vaults). Preparation of
specification for construction of District Energy System (per CCDC 2).
Designed tie-ins for new Condensate Polisher.
