Our Team
Our team is led by Martin Lensink, who has 30 years of experience in the energy sector. Martin has been involved solely with cogeneration and energy management solutions since 1986. Martin is assisted by CEM’s Business Manager, Betty Divok, and Executive Assistant, Natalie Tardif. Martin is also greatly assisted by CEM’s Senior Thermal Power Specialist, Lance Turcotte. Other key advisors to CEM include legal input from Wilson Spurr and Accounting and Business Management Services from Deloitte.
The production of engineering deliverables is headed up by Pascal Robichaud, CEM’s Engineering Manager. Pascal is responsible for CEM’s mechanical engineering department, which includes Kevin Van Berkel, Micah Fuller, Senior Mechanical/3D Piping Designer Brad Green, as well as Senior Engineers Martin Lensink, Lance Turcotte, and Lawrence Lighter. All deliverables are checked by Lance Turcotte before they are issued. Lance provides an invaluable quality assurance/quality control service. Pascal also heads up the electrical engineering department, which includes Steve Quinlan, Andrew Hoogendam, with electrical quality assurance and quality control provided by Peter Broven.
Project services are provided by Lawrence Lighter, Project Manager. Lawrence is supported by Arien Vlaar and as necessary by Kevin Van Berkel. Ginette Jefferson is CEM’s Engineering Administrator, serving both Pascal’s group and Lawrence Lighter’s group.
CEM has a wide network of allies that get drawn upon as needed to augment CEM’s skillset. CEM routinely sub-contracts work to civil/structural, environmental, I&C, cost estimating, and geotechnical specialists.
